Public Safety Education Group only provides instructor-led, in-person training. All of our instructors are first responders, certified as American Heart Association instructors and as American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI) instructors.
The State of Florida and the Department of Children and Families (DCF) still require instructor-led, in-person training for CPR training; online classes are not a valid form of training for childcare & medical facilities.
The latest DCF Child Care Facility Handbook, states in section 4.2.4E, “CPR courses must include on-site, instructor- based skill assessments by a certified CPR instructor. Documentation of completion of the online course and on-site assessment must be maintained at the facility and available for review
by the licensing authority.”
We issue all certifications immediately after satisfactory completion of the class; no need to wait weeks for delivery.
